Shipping Locations 
We currently deliver orders to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, we do not support overseas or international shipping. 


Processing Time 
Orders are usually processed within  1-2 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from the date of order confirmation. 
After processing, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the relevant order details. 


Delivery Timeline 
Our  standard delivery window ranges between  3-8 business days , ensuring you receive your fashion essentials without unnecessary delay. 


Failed Delivery Attempts 
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers may raise a request for re-delivery. 


Damaged or Lost Shipments 
If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, kindly inform our customer service team within  48 hours of receipt along with supporting photographs. 
For shipments lost in transit, we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund after confirmation with our courier partner.
